Clarke Street is a modern warehouse conversion in Norwood, comprising four townhouses. Close to Adelaide CBD, The Parade, and Kensington Road, its location is strategic. The project was developed by Claridge and the interiors by AFD Design, meeting high standards.
The townhouses in Clarke Street feature three bedrooms and two bathrooms with spacious floorplans and natural light. They incorporate Norwood’s history by retaining the existing brick facade. Clarke Street received the 2021 UDIA Award for Small Scale Development and the 2022 HIA-CSR Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards.
