Being the founder of Otello and responsible for the overall management and direction of the company, Daniel’s business acumen is one of his strengths. His key roles are site acquisition, planning, delivery and sales.
Daniel holds a Master of Property Development (University of Technology Sydney) and is a licensed Real Estate Agent
Having a passion for process, design & built form, Zoe thrives on helping deliver unique spaces with sustainability and innovation at the forefront. With a Bachelor of Education (Flinders University) and a Master of Applied Project Management (University of South Australia), Zoe’s level of efficiency and structure is a critical part of her success.
Zoe previously worked as a Contracts Administrator with a Tier 2 builder, which has given her a good base of construction knowledge that can be applied to her current role as Assistant Development Manager. Zoe’s role spans from assisting in concept definition, feasibilities, project management and procurement, through to the delivery phase of developments.
Being process driven and passionate about the tangible outcomes in property and development, Blake places importance on expanding his knowledge in property and finance analytics. Aside from his knowledge and experience within the financial discipline, Blake’s expertise lie in property analysis and research.
In his role at Otello, Blake is responsible for identifying potential acquisition opportunities, creating project feasibilities, maintaining project budgets through detailed financial software and preparing ongoing project updates.
Blake holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Property) and Business (Finance) from the University of South Australia.
With over a decade of experience working for a large civil construction company in Adelaide, Genevieve’s strengths lie in her composed mentality and calm approach to business administration and accounts.
Genevieve’s role extends from managing day to day financial tasks including collecting, tracking and recording the company’s finances to administration support to the directors and rest of the team. Her relaxed approach ensures smooth operations and running of the company.
