Construction at Treno Stage 2 is Underway

After the successful completion of TRENO Stage 1 townhouses, We are excited to announce a significant milestone with the construction underway of Stage 2!

Treno Stage 2, designed by Studio Nine Architects, is a 7-storey building with a mix of 25 apartments, 6 townhouses and a small retail tenancy embodying a blend of urban and suburban living. The project is conveniently located in Mile End on the western city fringe and features a communal rooftop terrace with stunning city views, double-glazed windows throughout and a minimum 7.2-star NatHERS rating.

Build Society have been awarded the build contract for Stage 2 and are progressing well with basement retention piles complete and bulk excavation underway. We anticipate completion of the development by September 2025. The project has had strong sales to date, including two penthouses, with 70% of the apartments already sold, reflecting strong demand for this type of development on the city fringe.
